We use a variety of materials such as linear low density polyethylene, cross linked polyethylene and high density polyethylene to produce large and small plastics and satisfy a variety of structural requirements. Our process begins by working closely with our customers to provide rotational molding as a practical, high-quality option for their products. We have the capability to provide short runs for small orders, essentially shipping the same day, we have machines for continuous and bath production of parts and we can do proto-type production runs to fine tune your tools. We also offer mold in graphics, specialty colored resins, color matching and a variety of inserts ranging from spin welds to threaded knurlings. Roto Dynamics understands our client’s needs; we also have facilities for fabrication, welding assembly and secondary operations.
